This inviting condo boasts both an upstairs and downstairs lanai, providing unobstructed views stretching from Lanai to Molokai. Situated in the highly sought-after Kaanapali Plantation, your home away from home backs onto the 13th Tee of the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. You will appreciate the air conditioning installed in 2019, keeping you cool and comfortable throughout your stay.

The complex offers complete access to amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse, ensuring you have all the comforts at your fingertips. An electric grill on the lanai allows for delightful outdoor cooking. The open floor plan downstairs features an upgraded kitchen, a stunning Koa wood dining table with ample seating, bar stools at the kitchen bar, a 50" flat-screen smart TV, and a convenient half bath with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom is designed for relaxation, featuring a king bed, ceiling fan, 40" smart TV, a spacious ensuite bathroom, and a private lanai. The guest bedroom offers picturesque views of the West Maui Mountains and includes a queen bed, a 30" TV with Roku, and a queen sleeper sofa. For added privacy, a room divider allows you to create a third sleeping space if needed.

With only three other units sharing the same parking area, you will enjoy maximum privacy and convenience during your stay. Guests can also take advantage of the community pool, tennis court/pickleball, and shuffleboard facilities. Wi-Fi, Apple TV, and YouTube TV are included for your entertainment needs.

This condo comfortably accommodates up to four adults plus two children, with exceptions considered for families with young adult children. It is most suitable for a maximum of four guests. Please note that the property is not childproof for very young children.
